Job Description

Rescue Boat Operator The Rescue Boat Operator is responsible for operating rescue boats during emergency, non-emergency, and training operations to provide timely, safe, and effective assistance. This role requires strong boat driving skills, quick decision making abilities, and knowledge of safety protocols to ensure successful and safe transfer of people. This position also monitors weather and sea conditions to ensure safe operation. All duties and responsibilities are performed following Company’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, policies, and SOPs, public health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines.
