The Captain at Clementine is a leadership role within the front-of-house team, responsible for delivering an elevated guest experience while supporting service standards, teamwork, and smooth daily operations. This role bridges service excellence with floor leadership, acting as a point of guidance for servers and support staff during service. This position answers directly to the Front of House Manager.

Qualifications:
