Responsibilities Safely operate a 20-foot box truck for local deliveries and pickups, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload cargo using manual lifting techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts as needed Ensure accurate delivery of products to customer locations, verifying addresses and delivery instructions Load, secure, and unload shipments efficiently to prevent damage during transit Maintain detailed delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection reports Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety and compliance Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; non-CDL license required Proven experience in commercial driving, courier services, or delivery roles involving box trucks or similar vehicles Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients Experience with warehouse operations, including loading/unloading cargo and using equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly throughout the day Familiarity with route driving, GPS navigation, and route planning for efficient deliveries Knowledge of safety procedures related to manual transmission vehicles and heavy lifting techniques Join us if you're motivated by movement, enjoy hands-on work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly impact our customers' satisfaction!
