Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) A Company OTR Truck Driver and hit the open road to deliver essential freight across multiple regions! This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate a variety of trucks, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, tankers, and roll-off trucks. You'll be the backbone of our logistics operation, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods while maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial trucks with manual transmissions across long-distance routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Load and unload freight efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary. Manage a variety of trailer types including refrigerated, flatbed, tanker, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks to meet diverse delivery needs. Plan optimal routes for timely deliveries while maintaining compliance with Hours of Service regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any issues promptly. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo details, and delivery documentation. Communicate effectively with dispatch teams and customers to coordinate pickups and deliveries. Requirements Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record. Proven experience in commercial driving, especially with tractor-trailers or similar heavy-duty trucks. Ability to operate manual transmission trucks confidently. Experience with various trailer types such as refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, or roll-off trucks is highly desirable. Knowledge of load securing procedures and freight handling techniques. Strong route driving skills with the ability to plan efficiently for long-haul trips. Physical ability to load/unload freight manually or using equipment like forklifts; forklift certification is a plus. Join us in delivering excellence on every mile!
