Transportation Driver

Summary We are seeking Transportation Drivers to join our team at Central Arkansas Development Council. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting clients to various destinations while providing excellent customer service. Your contributions will directly support our mission of empowering communities and improving lives. Responsibilities Operate vehicles safely and efficiently to transport clients to designated locations. Assist clients with boarding and disembarking from vehicles as needed. Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules and client information. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers. Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. Adhere to all traffic laws and organizational policies while driving. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience in commercial driving or related fields preferred. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Ability to provide excellent customer service in a professional manner. Familiarity with paratransit services is a plus. Must be able to pass all applicable criminal background checks and pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.
