Clean driving record and verifiable flatbed history is required —to ensure timely and safe transportation of materials. Your mechanical knowledge and driving expertise will be key to maintaining smooth operations while providing exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities Safely operate a range of commercial trucks including front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and flatbeds to transport goods efficiently. Load and unload materials using mechanical knowledge of various truck types and equipment. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with all regulations. Execute heavy lifting tasks safely during loading and unloading processes to prevent injuries or damage. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle maintenance records. Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices at all times. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly. Experience Proven commercial driving experience with a valid CDL license in good standing. Hands-on experience operating different types of trucks such as front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump truck, tractor-trailer, or flatbed vehicles. Mechanical knowledge related to truck maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues. Demonstrated ability to load & unload cargo safely using manual handling techniques. Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is preferred but not required; training can be provided for qualified candidates. Experience in heavy lifting tasks associated with delivery operations is highly desirable.
