Job Description Scott Petroleum is looking for a hardworking, responsible individual to join our team as a Field Motor Technician. This position provides a variety of routine support activities on the job site.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform PM on propane powered irrigation motors. Assess, diagnose, and repair propane powered motors. Commit to safe work practices and demonstrate the ability to follow standard operating procedures. Accurately complete work orders, and other paperwork as required. Courteously work with supervisors, fellow employees, and customers Operate Equipment on location. Safely use wrenches, hammers and other hand tools needed to maintain equipment. Assist with other services or roadside when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS / POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license Mechanically Inclined Able to perform basic mathematical calculations Able to communicate effectively with others Must exhibit independent thinking and be highly resourceful and capable of solving problems with little supervision Must be punctual, disciplined, and talented at time management

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must pass reference checks, drug screen, motor-vehicle report and criminal background check Ability to routinely lift 50 or more pounds Able to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions: extreme wind, snow, rain, heat and cold Together, we drive progress and reliability.
