CDL-A truck drivers in this fleet run established multi-state lanes with a structured 12-day schedule and dependable home time built into the operation. No-touch dry van freight Average hauls of 700-750 miles Automatic Freightliner and Kenworth trucks Rider and pet program available Schedule Drivers operate on a 12-day schedule followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Loads are planned in advance to help reduce downtime between trips while keeping weekly miles steady and routes organized from one dispatch cycle to the next. Freight Overview Freight moves across established regional lanes with a high percentage of drop-and-hook loads and limited live unload freight depending on the customer. The no-touch setup helps drivers stay productive throughout the week without spending unnecessary time at docks. Equipment Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions. Trucks include APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV/microwave mounts to improve comfort on extended runs. Equipment is maintained regularly to help reduce downtime and keep trucks operating efficiently. Pay & Benefits Drivers average $1,350-$1,500 weekly based on miles and experience. Additional detention pay is available during qualifying delays. Medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401(k) benefits become available after 6 months. Additional Details Rider and pet programs are available after approval. Drivers may take trucks home during resets where safe parking is available or use approved parking locations when needed.
