EQUIPMENT OPERATOR III

JOB OBJECTIVE

To operate a Bobcat, flusher, street sweeper, dump truck and other equipment to clean City streets and to clear City streets of debris. This position is designated as a safety/security sensitive position and is subject to random drug and alcohol screening. For a complete list of essential job functions please click HERE. These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through the completion of eighth (8th) grade and six (6) months of experience in the operation of medium or heavy earth-moving equipment or related equipment. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT

Must possess a valid Arkansas Class A or B (Commercial Vehicle) Driver's License before employment; Must obtain an N endorsement within one hundred twenty (120) days of employment and maintain licensure and endorsement for duration of employment in this position.
