In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, safe, and efficient delivery of goods while providing exceptional customer service. Duties Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and driver vehicles, following all traffic laws and safety protocols Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques to ensure secure handling of goods Plan and execute route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while maintaining a positive customer experience Assist with moving items within warehouses or customer locations, ensuring proper handling and placement Load, secure, and transport packages or equipment with attention to safety and accuracy during transit Provide excellent customer service by delivering items promptly and professionally, addressing any questions or concerns Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and route logs for operational transparency Qualifications Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations with a focus on heavy lifting and moving items Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission preferred Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards for box trucks and drivers Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely; certifications are a plus Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, loading/unloading cargo, and extended periods of driving or standing Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Prior experience with route driving or delivery driver roles is highly desirable Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your dependability fuels our success!
