The Driver is responsible for providing transportation services to Park Avenue Lifestyle residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports the mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision. Assists residents with any special needs during transportation, e.g., carrying packages, opening doors, assisting residents in and out of vehicles, etc. Provides miscellaneous pickup and delivery services as needed. Responsible for maintenance and appearance of designated vehicles. Coordinates routine preventive maintenance as directed. Maintains all tools, equipment and supplies. Maintains and protects the confidentiality of resident information. Communicates any observed or suspected resident change in condition to a supervisor immediately. Maintains a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents and guests, following established safety standards. Encourages teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments. Supports a positive and professional image through actions and dress. Completes all mandatory compliance, HIPAA and state and federal regulatory training as required. Other duties as assigned by your director.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience driving a bus. Experience working with seniors. Valid and applicable state drivers' license and no major driving violations for the past three (3) years. First aid and CPR certification may be required.
