We're currently seeking a responsible and compassionate Driver to support our DTA program by providing safe and reliable transportation for our members. Responsibilities Safely transport DTA members to and from their homes, the program site, and community outings. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning vehicle at all times. Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and organizational policies. Assist individuals in and out of the vehicle, including those with mobility challenges. Conduct vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with program staff and supervisors regarding schedules, delays, or issues. Maintain accurate transportation logs and documentation as required. Requirements Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record. Must be 21 years of age or older. High school diploma or GED preferred. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities is a plus. Ability to pass a background check, and obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. Strong communication and time-management skills. Patience, reliability, and a passion for helping others.
