Job Description

If you can lead a moving crew, calm a stressed customer, protect every item like it's your own, and still keep things fun and efficient, we need YOU as our next full-time OR part-time Lead Mover•Driver at JustIn Time MovingStorage in Phoenix, AZ!
Pay:
$22•$25 per hour, plus bonuses and tips
Schedule:
Full•and part-time shifts available every Monday through Saturday Ready for Work That Moves You? You'll hit the ground running with daily duties such as: Driving moving trucks up to 26' Leading and supervising movers on each job Being the main contact for customers and their belongings Assisting with moves while managing time, efficiency, and professionalism Following company policies and management instructions Adapting to changing move needs and environments Delivering an experience customers remember for the right reasons What Makes You a Great Fit? 2+ years of moving experience Experience driving a 26' moving truck Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 150 lbs) Basic knowledge of safety equipment usage Strong, professional leadership skills Punctual, reliable, and customerfocused Having a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required to become our Lead Mover•Driver!
