Flatbed Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) Equipment Transport Drivers and Owner Operators to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in transporting heavy equipment using flatbed, step deck, and RGN trailers. This role requires a minimum of 1 years of experience in the field, with a proven track record of safe and efficient driving. All our trucks are manual, so proficiency in operating manual transmissions is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport heavy equipment across various locations using flatbed, step deck, and RGN trailers. Ensure proper loading, securing, and unloading of equipment to prevent damage during transit. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and equipment transported. Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members. Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 years of experience in OTR driving with flatbed, step deck, and RGN trailers. Extensive experience in transporting heavy equipment. Proficiency in operating manual transmission trucks. Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with a clean driving record. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
