Duties Safely operate a variety of trucks including front loader, rear loader, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers with manual transmissions. Load and unload cargo efficiently using mechanical knowledge and proper lifting techniques. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. Deliver goods to designated locations accurately and on schedule, maintaining excellent customer service standards. Assist with heavy lifting tasks as needed during loading and unloading processes. Maintain detailed logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance reports. Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Proven experience in commercial driving, especially with delivery routes involving heavy equipment or specialized trucks. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor vehicle issues and perform basic maintenance checks. Skilled in operating front loader trucks, rear loader trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers with manual transmissions. Ability to load & unload cargo efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety, precision, and punctuality. Physical capability for heavy lifting and handling bulky or heavy loads regularly.
