The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting adults with disabilities from their homes to their programs (in Apple Valley, Victorville, Hesperia, and Adelanto), and back using company vans with up to 15-passenger capacity . This role requires a clean driving record, strong attendance, and the ability to work respectfully with vulnerable adults. Responsibilities Safely operate company vans with up to 15-passenger capacity in accordance with traffic laws and company policies Transport adult passengers from their residences to assigned programs in the morning and return them in the afternoon (split shifts) Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs Complete required mileage and attendance logs (training provided) Perform basic pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections in Whip Around, and report any issues Maintain professional, calm, and respectful conduct with passengers and peers at all times Communicate schedule changes, delays, or issues to peers and management as needed Adhere to safety standards and attendance requirements Requirements Valid commercial driver's license with passenger endorsement appropriate for operating vans up to 15-passenger capacity VDPP enrollment required (assistance available with obtaining that, if needed) Clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Reliable, punctual, and able to work morning and afternoon split shifts Comfortable working with adults with disabilities (all passengers are physically able and not non-ambulatory, but we do require hands-on assistance for passengers who need help getting into and out of the vehicle) Basic record-keeping ability for logs and documentation Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness Join a small, family-owned company where your work matters and your schedule is consistent.
