This role is hands-on:

you'll be responsible for safe transportation, professional in-home delivery, and light assembly/installation of furniture and fitness equipment. We're looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and brings a great attitude every day. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a 26ft box truck on local routes Complete white glove deliveries (room-of-choice, unpacking, placement, debris removal when required) Perform basic assembly/installation of furniture and fitness equipment using hand/power tools Protect customers' homes (floors/walls/doorways) and handle products carefully to prevent damage Communicate professionally with customers and confirm delivery details on-site Follow delivery SOPs, capture required photos/signatures, and complete paperwork/PODs accurately Conduct pre-trip inspections and report vehicle or equipment issues immediately Work efficiently with your delivery partner/team to stay on schedule Required Qualifications Experience driving a 26ft box truck (verifiable) White glove delivery experience (in-home delivery and setup) Comfortable using tools and completing installs/assembly (furniture + fitness equipment) Strong customer service skills and professional communication Proactive mindset: you don't wait to be told— you take ownership and solve problems Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive attitude Authorized to work in the United States Ability to travel if needed Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering/assembling fitness equipment (treadmills, bikes, reformers, etc.) Basic troubleshooting skills (leveling, mounting, tightening, alignment) Familiarity with delivery apps, POD capture, and route workflows Physical Requirements Ability to lift and maneuver heavy/bulky items (team lift) Comfortable with stairs, tight spaces, and in-home delivery environments Ability to work on your feet and in varying weather conditions Schedule & Location Based out of Commerce, CA Schedule and route details discussed during interview Driver
