The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial driving, with experience operating various types of trucks including refrigerated trailers. This role involves delivering freight safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. Duties Operate a class A commercial vehicle with refrigerated trailer safely and efficiently. Maintain temperature integrity of the cargo as per customer and product requirements. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of truck and trailer to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. Communicate effectively either dispatch and customers Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly. Plan and follow routes for timely delivery while maintaining accurate logs of mileage and fuel usage. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck interior. Adhere to all safety protocols while on the road and at delivery sites. Experience Proven experience as a Truck Driver with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL). Familiarity with various truck types including refrigerated trailers is preferred. Experience in route driving with a strong understanding of freight handling procedures. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Previous delivery driver experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations related to commercial driving.
