In this energetic role, you will operate a Ford Transit Van to transport children ages 6-12 from their designated schools back to our facility. Your dedication to excellent customer service and safety will help create a positive experience for families and students alike. This paid position offers a dynamic work environment where your driving skills and commitment to safety make a real difference every day. Responsibilities Safely operate a Vehicle through designated routes during after school hours. Ensure the safe loading and unloading of students, assisting with boarding when necessary Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, performing basic inspections and refueling as needed. Communicate effectively with students, school staff and Center Staff to coordinate drop-off details Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure passenger safety at all times. Keep accurate logs of routes, passenger counts, and any incidents or maintenance needs Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred but not mandatory depending on vehicle type Strong communication skills to interact confidently with students, and team members A responsible attitude with the understanding of children's needs.
