Independent Contractor Pay:

20%•25% of Gross Revenue Equipment Provided We are seeking reliable and experienced CDL licensed OTR box truck drivers ready to run 11+ hours and maximize earning potential. If you're motivated, professional, and prepared for over-the-road runs, we want to hear from you. Compensation 20%•25% of gross revenue per load Weekly settlements No equipment expenses In-house dispatching provided (we handle load booking, rate negotiations, and paperwork) What We Provide Well-maintained box truck Dedicated in-house dispatch team Consistent freight opportunities Back-office support so you can focus on driving Driver Requirements Located in California Minimum 1 year of verifiable driving experience Ability to legally complete full 11-hour driving shifts Strong work ethic and communication skills Must know how to check and verify freight and strap and secure for transit Required to load and unload freight when asked as well as deliver freight inside or to any designated areas Ability to stay out as required CDL (Commercial Driver's License) Active DOT Medical Card or willingness to get one We are looking for drivers who are serious about maximizing miles and income.
