As a repossession agent the job requires you to locate vehicles, safely secure vehicles, and tow vehicles to the appropriate company yard. We have multiple camera car drivers whose primary job is to scan and find vehicles to help maximize your profit as well as access to a full office staff to assist. Daybreak Metro truly equips our repossession agents with all tools necessary to be successful!

Qualifications:

Work and communicate well with other team members Detail-oriented and ability to multitask Possess initiative and ability to complete tasks with little to no supervision Remain professional in stressful situations Excellent observation skills where safety comes first Ability to act in a discreet manner and keep everything confidential Basic automobile knowledge a plus Previous tow truck and/or flatbed experience a plus

Benefits & Pays:

New hires will receive PAID training for approximately two weeks with our highly experienced field agents. Training will consist of day one hands-on training, tow truck operation, multiplatform system software, personal safety, and all applicable laws and regulations. Full-time opportunity to make $60,000 to $80,000+ total earnings with a $16.90 per hour base and comprehensive productivity bonuses that are paid each payroll. 80% Employer paid healthcare, dental, and vision.
