In this role, you will operate specialized 26-ft truck. Your expertise in truck driving and route management will be essential in maintaining our high standards of service. Responsibilities Safely operate bobtail trucks adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as manual pallet jack Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules while maintaining safety and compliance standards Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any issues promptly Collaborate with dispatch to plan optimal routes and handle any delivery adjustments or delays proactively Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, freight details, and delivery documentation for compliance purposes Skills Proven experience in truck driving Skilled in operating manual transmission vehicles with precision and control Ability to load & unload freight efficiently using manual pallet jack Strong knowledge of route driving best practices and safety protocols Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance with transportation regulations Physical ability to handle freight loading tasks and perform vehicle inspections as needed Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience Valid Class C DL with clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure
