Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Company OTR Driver / Tour Manager, where you will combine the thrill of long-haul trucking with the excitement of managing memorable tours. You'll be responsible for safely operating various commercial vehicles, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth travel and transportation operations across diverse routes. Duties Safely operate trailers and other commercial vehicles across designated routes. Manage route driving schedules efficiently while adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws. Conduct pre-trip inspections on trucks and trailers to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Coordinate with clients and team members to plan routes, schedule pickups/deliveries, and troubleshoot logistical issues. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and inspection reports in compliance with regulatory standards. Support tour operations by managing schedules, guiding groups during stops or events, and ensuring a positive experience for all participants. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience in truck driving, including delivery driver roles. Ability to load & unload freight safely using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary. Familiarity with route driving regulations and safety protocols for tractor-trailers and other heavy-duty trucks. Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, cargo documentation, and route planning effectively. Physical capability to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours on the road. Additional certifications such as forklift operation or truck licenses are advantageous but not mandatory.
