We're hiring a Route Driver to operate our Toyota Hino box truck and collect donated clothing from collection bins located throughout the Bay Area. About Us We are a rapidly growing clothing recycling and resale company with over 100 collection bins throughout Northern California. Our drivers play a critical role in keeping our operation running smoothly. ✅ Responsibilities Drive a company-owned Toyota Hino truck Service clothing collection bins throughout the Bay Area Load and unload donated clothing bags Follow assigned collection routes efficiently Maintain a clean and professional appearance Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after shifts Work independently while staying in communication with management ✅ Requirements Valid California Driver's License Clean driving record Comfortable driving medium-sized box trucks (experience preferred but not required) Able to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs throughout the day Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Authorized to work in the United States Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Preferred Qualifications Previous delivery, logistics, moving, or route-driving experience Experience operating box trucks or commercial vehicles Familiarity with Bay Area roads and navigation apps Compensation $23 per hour Overtime opportunities available Stable, long-term position with growth potential Schedule Full-time and part-time opportunities available Flexible scheduling Weekend availability is a plus How to Apply Please send your resume along with a brief description of your driving experience.
