Tow Truck driver / Nights

Must be drug free and pass a back ground check and have a clean driving record. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional tow trucks, to recover and transport vehicles safely and efficiently during night shifts Conduct automotive diagnostics and mechanical assessments to determine the best recovery approach Perform automotive repairs or minor maintenance tasks when necessary to ensure vehicle safety and operational readiness Manage conflict situations with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining safety protocols Assist with the setup and breakdown of towing operations, including securing loads on flatbeds or other specialized equipment Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, vehicle conditions, and incident reports for accountability and compliance Experience Proven experience operating tow trucks, flatbed and Wheel Lift models Mechanical knowledge of automotive repair, Basic troubleshooting techniques Familiarity with automotive repair tools and equipment Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and manage conflict effectively Hands-on mechanic experience is highly valued to assist with vehicle assessments and minor repairs Ability to work independently during night hours while adhering to safety standards and operational procedures This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in a hands-on environment, enjoy solving complex problems on the go, and are committed to providing excellent service during overnight hours.
