Deliver Driver / DME

Offering $16.90 to $23 per hour This employee performs routine delivery of oxygen and equipment in a professional, safe, and timely manner. This includes accurate recordkeeping, excellent customer service, and adherence to DOT/FDA/OSHA/company safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Tracking and Cleaning Equipment in Skilled nursing facilities Maintain company vehicle in clean and orderly manner Make daily inspections and complete proper paperwork Maintain established preventative maintenance schedule Clean rental equipment when returned to the center in accordance with policies and procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse/storage area Follow FDA guidelines pertaining to cylinder tracking and oxygen analyzer testing Follow policies as indicated in the operations manual and training manuals, including those found in the Safety & Regulatory manual regarding General Safety, OSHA (includes the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment), DOT (includes adherence to the Vehicle Safety Disciplinary Policy), FDA, and Emergency Planning Work as on-call service representative evenings and weekends on an as scheduled basis Frequency is determined by the center size and the number of employees available to share in the responsibility Must respond in a timely manner and record information on Service Call Report May serve as a backup to other employees Tablet work is completed by all Service Reps, especially when dealing with inventory Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication Must be comfortable with using a computer and/or tablet Must be willing to work 10am to 7pm Monday through Friday and On call every other weekend Education and

Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required Must have and maintain a valid driver's license

Physical Demands:

The employee may frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and may occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 100 pounds.
