Non-Exempt Position Summary Westgate Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a reliable, safety-minded Class A or B Driver with HazMat and Tanker endorsements to deliver fuel and propane products to residential, commercial, and company locations in Northern California. The ideal candidate is a team player who takes pride in their work, maintains professionalism, and ensures compliance with all relevant safety standards, including those of the DOT, FMCSA, Cal/OSHA, and the company. Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Deliver propane and fuel products to assigned locations while maintaining accurate delivery records. W-9; we issue W-2s
• Complete required inspection reports and delivery documentation legibly and accurately after each shift.
• Follow all DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies, including spill prevention and PPE use.
• Act in accordance with Westgate Petroleum's Code of Ethics and Safety Policies at all times.
• Maintain a professional working relationship with customers, drivers, dispatchers, and management.
• Care for company vehicles and equipment, reporting maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Ensure all delivery paperwork and route documentation are completed and turned in daily.
• Maintain compliance with TSA requirements and any applicable hazardous materials regulations. Qualifications
• Current California Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with HazMat (H) and Tanker (N) endorsements.
• TSA clearance required (must maintain eligibility throughout employment).
• Experience in commercial driving, preferably in propane or fuel transport.
• Clean driving record with no major violations or preventable accidents in the past 3 years.
• Ability to lift to 75 lbs ., climb, bend, and connect hoses for deliveries.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Physical and Environmental Conditions Frequent climbing in and out of vehicles, bending, kneeling, and lifting. Exposure to fuel vapors, propane odors, and outdoor weather conditions. Must always wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly wage (overtime eligible).
