Construction Full Job Description Job Opportunity:
Class A/B Super 10 Dump Truck Driver - Local, Home Daily LJ Galloway & Sons Trucking is a locally operated logistics company serving the Greater Los Angeles area. We are seeking a dependable, experienced Super 10 dump truck driver to join our team on a consistent, local schedule — no long hauls, no overnight trips, home every day. What You'll Do Operate an automatic Super 10 dump truck on active construction sites throughout the Los Angeles area Safely transport construction materials including dirt, gravel, and aggregate to and from job sites Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in accordance with DOT requirements Communicate with dispatch and site supervisors regarding load assignments, timing, and site conditions Maintain accurate logs and paperwork as required Compensation $26.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience) Local work only — home daily Consistent hours Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of verifiable experience operating a Super 10 dump truck specifically — this is a firm requirement Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Clean driving record — free of serious violations, DUIs, preventable accidents, or patterns of moving violations Current DOT medical certificate Must be able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening Must be available any day of the week including weekends, with no schedule restrictions
