The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to operate various types of tow trucks, including flatbed models. This role requires excellent driving skills, customer service abilities, and a commitment to safety while assisting customers in need. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles as needed. Perform automotive diagnostics and basic repairs on vehicles when necessary. Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck, ensuring secure transport. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and managing conflicts professionally. Maintain accurate records of services performed and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Conduct routine inspections. Collaborate with dispatchers to respond promptly to service calls and coordinate towing operations. Requirements Valid commercial driving license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair. Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles and forklifts. Experience with conflict management and providing excellent customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in various conditions.
