• Manteca, CA Looking for a local driving opportunity with daily home time? MJP is hiring CDL-A solo drivers out of Manteca, CA and welcomes recent CDL graduates. No experience is required. Paid training, hands-on instruction, and ongoing support help new drivers gain valuable experience while building a successful trucking career close to home. Pay & Compensation Weekly pay: $1,300
• 1,500/week Annual equivalent: $68,000
• 78,000/year

CPM Rate:

65

• 71¢ (increases by 1 CPM each year for up to 6 years)

Miles:

~ 1,800

• 2,100 per week Home Time Home every day Night shift Orientation One-day paid orientation covering safety procedures, equipment walkthrough, drug screening, and skills assessment for new drivers Orientation pay: $300 paid with your first paycheck Transportation and accommodation covered during orientation Freight & Routes Drivers haul dedicated Costco freight on local routes serving Tracy and California's Central Valley.

Freight is 100% no-touch and drop-and-hook, helping maximize driving time while providing consistent work and dependable miles. Equipment 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia Drivers will get an assigned truck All trucks are automatic
