Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and reliable Waste Sorting Property Porter Driver to join our dynamic team in Milbrae Gateway Station. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting waste materials, maintaining cleanliness at waste sorting facilities, and supporting overall property upkeep. Your proactive approach will help ensure smooth operations and a clean, safe environment for staff and visitors alike. Responsibilities Safely operate waste transport vehicles to move materials between designated sites and disposal facilities Perform routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance Assist with waste sorting activities, separating recyclables from general waste in accordance with company protocols Maintain cleanliness of the property by performing janitorial duties such as sweeping, trash removal, and surface cleaning Support facility maintenance tasks including basic custodial work and floor care to uphold a tidy environment Follow all safety procedures and traffic regulations during vehicle operation and property activities Document waste movements, vehicle inspections, and cleaning tasks accurately in logs or reports Job Summary Copia Resources, Inc is seeking a Property Porter to work full time at one of our client's properties in Millbrae, CA. This person will perform janitorial and porter duties. The Porter / Trash & Recycling Sorter will walk the properties to ensure cleanliness throughout the property. The primary focus for this position will revolve around trash enclosures located throughout the properties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Work shift: Monday

• Friday 5am
• 1:30pm Plus Saturday 8am
• 4:30pm Ability to repetitively lift 75+ lbs (furniture, appliances, household items) Ability to push and pull a wheeled bin weighing 600+ lbs.

Follows instructions from Senior Drivers / Field Operations Admin / Route Supervisors while working quickly and efficiently. Must work well with others and represent Copia Resources Inc professionally Ability to send emails, text messages and picture messages by cell phone Ability to make decisions and think outside of the box Experience with waste management is a plus (NOT required) Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but
