Payout:

You'll receive a 1099 form for tax purposes. Duties Operate commercial vehicles such as tractor-trailers transportation of dry goods. Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding transportation and safety. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe operating condition. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of driving hours and vehicle inspections. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport. Adhere to all company policies regarding safety procedures and equipment handling. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) of 2 yrs minimum. Valid medical card Proven experience as a truck driver with a strong understanding of freight transportation. Experience with manual transmission vehicles is required for this job. Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to trucking and transportation. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Must pass a background check and a drug screening as part of the hiring process.
