CDL-A Regional Driver•Recent Grads Welcome•Ontario, CA 2-3 Logistics Corp is now hiring CDL-A solo drivers out of Ontario, CA. No experience is required we welcome recent CDL graduates and provide paid onboarding, hands-on training, and direct support from a dedicated dispatcher from day one. Drivers run 100% no-touch freight with steady miles, weekly paychecks, and the opportunity to gain real experience while building a long-term trucking career Pay & Compensation Weekly pay: $1,300•1,900/week Annual equivalent: $68,000•100,000/year

CPM Rate:

50•65¢ (increases by 1 CPM each year for up to 15 years)

Miles:

~ 2,500•3,000+ per week Home Time Home every 12 days for 2 days Orientation One-day paid orientation covering safety procedures, equipment walkthrough, drug screening, and skills assessment for new drivers Orientation pay: $300 paid with your first paycheck Transportation and accommodation covered during orientation Freight & Routes Drivers haul general freight with mostly no-touch loads, allowing them to stay focused on driving instead of unloading. Freight runs throughout the Western region, mainly through California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Arizona, providing steady miles, consistent freight, and familiar operating lanes Equipment 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia Drivers will get an assigned truck All trucks are automatic•drivers with manual restrictions are welcome Benefits (begin after 30 days of employment) HSA and AD&D Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k participation Paid Time Off (PTO) Pet policy available (restrictions apply) Passenger policy available (age restrictions apply) Requirements Valid CDL-A license required No prior experience needed Must be 21 years or older Must reside within 150 miles of Ontario, CA Basic load securement awareness required (no unloading) No major violations in the last 12 months MVR checked for last 3 years Background check for last 10 years Must pass hair & urine drug test Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional routes Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate ELD logs and delivery paperwork Deliver freight safely and on time Operate automatic tractor with 48•53' trailer Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations Why Drive With 2-3 Logistics Corp?
