Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Tow Driver to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely operating tow trucks to transport vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient load and unload operations. Your mechanical knowledge and driving skills will be vital in delivering top-tier service while maintaining safety standards at all times. Responsibilities Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and tow truck models, to transport vehicles to and from various locations Load and unload vehicles with precision, ensuring minimal risk of damage Conduct basic automotive diagnostics and mechanical checks on vehicles prior to transport Assist with automotive repair / Calibration and Vehicle scanning tasks when needed, leveraging mechanic experience and mechanical knowledge. Manage conflict management situations professionally, providing excellent customer service during interactions Use forklifts or other equipment as required for vehicle handling or loading operations Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, inspections, and service reports Qualifications Proven experience in commercial driving, especially with tow trucks or flatbeds Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive diagnostics and repair procedures Ability to operate manual transmissions confidently and safely Experience with automotive repair or mechanic work is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict professionally Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL license preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of load & unload procedures, automotive diagnostics, and conflict management techniques Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values safety, efficiency, and exceptional service!
