CDL Truck Driver CLASS B

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of trucks, including dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers. This role involves transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. The Truck Driver will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of freight while maintaining the integrity of the cargo. Responsibilities Operate and drive different types of trucks, including refrigerated trailers, tankers, roll-off trucks, and flatbeds. Load and unload freight as required, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption. Follow all safety regulations and traffic laws during transportation. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road. Ensure timely delivery of goods to designated locations while providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Experience in commercial driving with a focus on various truck types such as dump trucks, flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, tankers, and roll-off trucks. Ability to load and unload freight safely and efficiently. Strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety protocols. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
