• Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations
• Respond to service calls and provide roadside assistance as needed
• Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using proper equipment and techniques
• Safely secure vehicles to the tow truck to prevent damage during transportation
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations while operating the tow truck
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, including vehicle information and services provided
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any concerns or questions
• CHP Experience a plus ```Skills```
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass drug test and Background check
• Accept dispatched jobs digitally
• Proficient in operating a tow truck and using towing equipment
• Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles and ability to operate them
• Ability to load and unload vehicles safely using proper techniques
• Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance procedures is a plus
• Excellent conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
