This is a hands-on, physical role for people who enjoy working with their hands, problem-solving on job sites, and being part of a tight-knit team that takes pride in getting the job done right. You'll work on a variety of projects including cleanouts, demolition, and job-site labor. No two days are the same. This position is ideal for someone who wants to build real skills, stay active, and grow within a company that values effort and teamwork. Responsibilities Assist with job-site demolition, including taking down structures, property cleanouts, and removing debris to maintain a safe and organized environment Perform job-site cleanup, debris removal, and material organization Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment Assist crew leaders and skilled operators with daily tasks Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision Communicate professionally with homeowners and business owners on-site Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities to grow within the company Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to team efficiency and job quality Skills Mechanical knowledge of heavy-duty trucks including front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump trucks, flatbeds. Proven experience driving commercial vehicles with automatic transmissions in various environments. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading and unloading processes. Skilled in operating specialized equipment such as front loaders or other mechanical tools for debris handling. Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; experience with delivery or hauling is highly desirable. Knowledge of load securing techniques to ensure safe transportation of materials. Good communication skills for coordinating pickups and deliveries with team members or clients.
