You'll be responsible for delivering goods efficiently to our valued customers while maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and other commercial vehicles to deliver products to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate route driving. Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting techniques, maintaining proper safety protocols at all times. Manage inventory by organizing stock within the warehouse, moving items efficiently, and ensuring accurate documentation of all loads. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries by communicating clearly with clients, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after routes to maintain safety standards and report any mechanical issues promptly. Assist with warehouse tasks such as sorting, storing, and preparing goods for dispatch or pickup. Follow all safety procedures related to heavy lifting, moving goods, and operating equipment like forklifts and manual transmission vehicles. Experience Prior experience as a delivery driver or courier is highly preferred, especially with route driving responsibilities. Demonstrated warehouse experience involving load & unload activities, inventory management, or forklift operation is advantageous. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards related to box trucks or similar vehicles. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly while maintaining attention to safety. Knowledge of using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional communication style. Valid driver's license suitable for operating driver vehicles with manual transmission experience preferred.
