Some of the duties of the position include: Responsible for pre/post trip inspections, making sure truck is clean, lubrication is current, and brake adjustments made. Responsible for transporting materials and equipment to job sites. Ensure adequate fuel levels in truck(s)/ equipment. Maintain driver e-logs as required by law. Communicate over 2-way radios. Work on the construction crew as needed while on job sites. Maintain job site and equipment to the highest possible standards to maintain a professional image. Follow all PPE, safety and company rules are followed. Other duties as assigned.

Requirement for the position include:

1 year of road maintenance experience (preferred) Thorough understanding of commercial driver's laws (weights, endorsements, hours of service, etc.). Basic understanding of mathematics as related to weights. Travel is required (OTR). Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
