Responsibilities Operate tow trucks and flatbed vehicles to transport vehicles securely and efficiently across various locations Load and unload vehicles with precision, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage Conduct basic automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical issues during vehicle recovery or transport Perform routine inspections and maintenance on tow trucks and related equipment to ensure optimal performance Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly, addressing concerns, and maintaining a professional demeanor Manage conflict situations effectively, resolving disputes or misunderstandings calmly and courteously Assist with automotive repair tasks when necessary, leveraging mechanic experience to troubleshoot minor repairs or adjustments Skills Proven experience with towing operations using tow trucks and flatbeds Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic automotive diagnostics and repairs Familiarity with manual transmissions and automotive repair procedures Valid commercial driver's license with clean driving record; experience in commercial driving preferred Ability to operate forklift or similar equipment as needed for load handling Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional communication style Skilled in load & unload procedures, ensuring safety and efficiency during vehicle transfers Effective conflict management skills to handle difficult situations tactfully and professionally Join us in delivering reliable vehicle transport services with enthusiasm!
