Responsibilities Operate autonomous vehicles safely across various terrains and environments, following established protocols and safety guidelines Conduct detailed inspections of vehicle systems, including mechanical components and sensor arrays, to ensure optimal performance Capture high-quality photography and filming footage during vehicle operations for data analysis and promotional purposes Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) tools to map routes, analyze spatial data, and support navigation accuracy Maintain detailed logs of vehicle activity, including route details, system status reports, and incident documentation Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to vehicle hardware or software components Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations such as Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), aviation standards, and military protocols when applicable Qualifications Must hold a CA license Ability to practice safe driving Proficient typing skills Ability to operate in a vehicle for long periods of time This paid position offers a unique chance to be part of a pioneering movement toward autonomous transportation.
