In this role, you will operate heavy-duty truck with 16 tire trailer hauling oversized, overweight loads. Also must have Experience in end dump trailer as well. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining vehicle integrity, and delivering exceptional service on every route. Duties Operate heavy-duty tractor-trailers including 16 tire murray and end dump trailer Experience in Loading and unloading variety of construction equipment. Drive across designated routes adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols while managing complex loads that may require route planning and careful maneuvering. Secure loads properly using chains to prevent shifting or damage during transit. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle condition, including brakes, tires, lights, and load security measures; report any issues promptly. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, route details, and inspection reports in compliance with regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with dispatcher regarding delivery schedules, route adjustments, or unforeseen delays; respond promptly to customer inquiries upon delivery completion. Experience Proven experience operating heavy haul trucks such as tractor-trailers with manual 18 speed transmission in a commercial driving environment. Demonstrated ability to handle oversized heavy equipment also including end dump trailer. Prior delivery driver experience involving load & unload procedures and route driving across diverse terrains and conditions. Familiarity with safety regulations related to heavy haul transportation and cargo securement standards. Valid/clean commercial driver's license (CDL) with 2+ years experience Knowledge of load securing techniques for various freight types and experience managing oversized or overweight loads safely.
