CDL-A solo drivers with little or no experience are encouraged to apply. Our paid in-house training program provides the guidance, support, and real-world experience needed to build a successful driving career. Pay & Compensation Weekly pay: $1,300

• 1,800/week Annual equivalent: $73,000

• 65¢ (increases by 1 CPM each year for up to 15 years)

Miles:

• 3,000 per week Home Time Home every 12 days for 2 days Orientation Paid one-day orientation covering company policies, safety procedures, equipment familiarization, drug screening, and a driver skills evaluation Orientation pay: $300 paid with your first paycheck Transportation and accommodation covered during orientation Freight & Routes Freight consists of 100% no-touch general commodity loads moving across the continental United States.
