MJP is hiring CDL-A solo drivers and welcomes recent graduates. No experience is required. We provide paid in-house training, hands-on support, and real-world experience to help new drivers build confidence and start a successful trucking career. Pay & Compensation Weekly pay: $1,300

• 1,800/week Annual equivalent: $73,000
• 95,000/year

CPM Rate:

45

• 65¢ (increases by 1 CPM each year for up to 15 years)

Miles:

~ 2,500

• 3,000 per week Home Time Home every 12 days for 2 days Orientation One-day paid orientation covering safety procedures, equipment walkthrough, drug screening, and skills assessment for new drivers Orientation pay: $300 paid with your first paycheck Transportation and accommodation covered during orientation Freight & Routes Drivers haul 100% no-touch general commodity freight across the lower 48 states.
