Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to safely transport heavy equipment and materials to and from job sites, from our yard in South Temecula. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Operate a Kenworth T880 with a Super 10 and tandem axle trailer Safely load, secure, transport, and unload heavy equipment Haul materials including dirt, demolition debris, shoring, and aggregate Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies Communicate effectively with field operations, office staff, and job site personnel Represent Trinity's core values at all times Qualifications Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record Minimum 5 years of dump truck with trailer experience Experience hauling heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, etc.) Strong knowledge of load securement and DOT regulations Ability to operate equipment such as loaders or forklifts (preferred) Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings and be enrolled in DMV Pull Notice Program Dependable with a strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to climb on and off equipment and trailers Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Compensation & Benefits $22 - $32 per hour , depending on experience Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays
