is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for regional dry van operations based out of Torrance, California. This is a steady regional position built for drivers who want consistent miles, dependable pay, and a team that stays in communication when it matters. We run focused multi-state regional freight with no-touch loads and well-maintained equipment, keeping drivers moving without unnecessary downtime. What You'll Be Doing Operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional dry van routes across a multi-state network Handle mostly no-touch freight Complete scheduled pickups and deliveries on time Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate ELD logs, bills of lading, and delivery records Communicate with dispatch regarding load status, ETAs, and road conditions Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations What We Offer $1,350 - $1,600 per week (gross pay) Paid weekly via direct deposit Home every 1-2 weeks Consistent regional freight with minimal downtime Performance bonus opportunities Paid orientation No-touch freight only Safety equipment provided Benefits Dental & vision insurance Paid time off Pet and rider program Passenger ride-along program Safety-focused support system Equipment Modern, well-maintained tractors ELD-equipped units Regular preventive maintenance schedule Road-ready, safety-inspected equipment Requirements Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A) Minimum 1 year verifiable regional tractor-trailer experience (last 3 years) Clean MVR (no DUI, reckless driving, or at-fault accidents in last 36 months) Must be 21 years or older Valid DOT medical card Must pass DOT drug screening (49 CFR Part 382 compliance) Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must not be in SAP return-to-duty program Why Drivers Stay With Us Drivers choose to stay because the work is consistent, the freight keeps moving, and communication stays clear.
