Full Job Description Join Highlands Team Today Company Driver Qualifications:
Must be at least 23 years of age Must be at least 2 years of verified experience Driving record must be current, within that last 30 days, must have no more than three (3) violations within the past 24 months. No more than two (2) violations within the past 12 months, including no DUI/DWI or Reckless driving violations within the last 5 years. Must be able to pass a D.O.T physical, pre-employment drug screen and road test. Must provide valid names, addresses, and previous verification. Must be able to perform all duties required to load and unload freight, perform pre-trip inspections and over the road inspections. Pay and Benefit Paid on practical miles Assigned driver manager Consistent Miles Direct Deposit 99% no touch Paid Detention/Layover Stop and short haul pay. Latest Model Equipment Highlands Logistics Equipment is consistently updated, mainly consist of all Volvo's and are equipped with the all upgrades. Teletrac Onboard Computer Fuel efficient engines Automatics transmissions APU and Cab Heater Adaptive Cruise control and on guard breaking system Our latest model Trailer equipment fleet is composed of 53-foot trailers from Utility and Wabash. All trailers are regularly maintained.
