Job Description

Get Paid Like an Owner-Operator. Without Buying a Truck.
Most carriers make you pick:
lease a truck and get flat CPM, OR own your truck and get percentage pay. This program gives you both. Lease the truck for $500/week. Get 75% of every load you book. Pick your own freight, your own lanes, your own home time. Take home $2,000-$2,500/week. If you've ever wanted percentage-pay money without putting $20,000+ down on a truck, this is the program nobody else is running this way.
THE COMBO NOBODY ELSE OFFERS
Most carriers offer one of these. Some offer two.
Almost none offer all three:
Percentage pay (75% of all-in rate, not flat CPM) Leased truck (no $20K down, no credit check) Pick your own freight (no forced dispatch, no penalties) Most lease programs cap you at $1.10-$1.45/mile flat pay. Most percentage programs require you to own your truck. This program puts you on percentage pay structure while still leasing the equipment. That's the gap nobody else is filling.
THE WEEKLY MATH
Pick decent loads off the board at $3/mile all-in, run 2,200 miles a week: 2,200 mi × $3.00 = $6,600/week total load value 75% to you = $4,950/week gross Subtract operating costs: $500/week lease payment ~$1,500/week fuel ~$400-450/week other expenses (insurance, maintenance reserve) = $2,000-$2,500/week take-home Pick higher-paying loads or run more miles — that number climbs fast. The load board controls your income, not a dispatcher.
THE FOUR FREEDOMS
Freight Freedom — Pick your own loads from the board. Run the lanes you know. Skip the ones you don't. Dispatch Freedom — No forced dispatch. You decline a load? No penalty. No "load refusal" tracking that haunts your settlement. Schedule Freedom — Run 1,500 miles one week, 3,500 the next. Take time off when you want. Your business, your call. Cash Freedom — Instant settlements. Money's in your account when the load delivers, not 15 days later.
EVERY FEE WE KILLED
No plate fees (saves $1,500-$3,000/year vs carriers who pass these to you) No service fees No dispatch fees No forced dispatch penalties No credit check Zero down on the truck No balloon payment at lease end When other carriers nickel-and-dime, your real take-home drops 10-15%. This program is clean.
WHO THIS IS FOR
You've got 1+ year of CDL-A experience. You've thought about going owner-operator but the capital, credit check, and risk made you wait. You don't want flat CPM forever, but you don't want to gamble $25,000 on a truck either. This is the middle path. Percentage pay structure, leased equipment, your own loads, your own schedule. THE 75%
VS THE OTHER PERCENTAGES YOU'VE BEEN PITCHED
Most percentage carriers pitch one of these: 65% + force dispatch 70% + 30-day settlements 75% + $200/wk admin fee 80% + mandatory equipment fees This program: 75% + no forced dispatch + instant settlements + zero fees. The actual percentage to you stays 75%. What's gross is what's yours.
