Truck Driver - Non CDL

We're Hiring Long Term Drivers Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Truck Driver to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles to load, transport, and deliver confidential customer orders while providing excellent customer service. What You'll Do In this role, you will:

Ensure:

The safe and efficient operation of company vehicles (automatic box truck, tipper, and/or Mobile Shredding Unit/MSU) to pick up and deliver confidential documents, maintaining all security and safety procedures.

Manage:

Timely delivery of customer orders, accurately completing paperwork and records for an average of 25-35 stops per day, with heavy customer interaction.

Support:

Loading and transporting consumer storage and confidential documents without assistance, including lifting and carrying items over inclines, stairs, and ladders. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have:

Demonstrated:

Safe, efficient driving skills with a good driving record and a minimum age of 21 years old.

Strong knowledge of:

Customer service and verbal communication, consistently exhibiting a professional demeanor during interactions.

Proven ability in:

Passing a pre-employment substance abuse screening, background check, and Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.

Physical ability to:

Grip, lift, and carry consumer storage, and walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time. What We Offer (Benefits)

Monday-Friday, starting at 6:00 am or 7:00 am until the end of the shift.

Salary details:

$23.36.00-$26.29 per hour, dependent on experience (DOE).
