Responsibilities Safely operate a 26-foot box truck to deliver goods across designated routes while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload cargo using manual lifting techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts as needed, ensuring items are secured properly for transit Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to maintain optimal safety standards and report any issues promptly Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups Plan efficient routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery schedules Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory checks, organizing shipments, and preparing loads for transport Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle maintenance records Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred Proven delivery driver experience with familiarity in route driving and load management Ability to lift heavy items safely and perform physical tasks related to moving cargo regularly Experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles with manual transmission is highly desirable Knowledge of warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in diverse situations Dependable, punctual, and committed to safety standards at all times Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise fuels our success!
